DO NOT USE RIP OFF ARTISTS - AVOID

I had a car lease with Novuna and at the end of the lease the car was immaculate except for a small hole in the carpet . They tried to charge me £360 to fix it. I received three quotes all around £100 to do the actual repair. I asked for an invoice as proof that they had had it done and they said they hadnt and they dont have too!! DAYLIGHT ROBBERY .
