Ridiculous unfair end of lease charges

Applied ridiculous end of lease charges including: * Paint drip defect from the factory * Alloy wheel corrosion due to insufficient laquer from factory, which factory will resolve for free * Dents in the pillar caused by a badly designed seatbelt retraction - seatbelt doesn't retract fast enough so door closes on seatbelt. Also sends threatening letters, threatens to harm credit if demands aren't met. They are horrible to deal with. IF you get a response (you probably won't), it's awful. Sarcastic, patronising, condescending comments. Quite literally the worst customer service I've ever received from a lease or car company, possibly from any company ever. Note - I didn't choose this company. My Hitachi lease converted to it. BVRLA sided with them (of course they did), it's a sham. I'm also suing them.
