Clear, transparent and honest

I have been a client for almost 8 years and my experience has been great overall, Nutmeg is clear on what they do and how they do it, provide relevant information and feedback and give me a clear feeling that my investments are in good hands with them. Their website and app are very intuitive and they regularly develop new functions that constantly improve the user interface experience. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2023

Tried to open a SIPP and have to give up

Tried to open a SIPP using the link from Chase app. I went through the setup which downloaded and opened the Nutmeg app. This got stuck in a loop between the Chase app & Nutmeg app. I made many attempts to resolve this but the customer service was useless so eventually gave up. Not easy to change bank account

Dealing with customer service is through nu-emails, which is not really user friendly. Also, it is really difficult to change the bank account linked to the Nutmeg account Reviewed on: 10th March 2025
