We insurance both our family cars with one call and have done for several years. We always check at renewal time if anyone else can beat their price and normally they can’t! In the rare case they can be beaten one call will do their best to match the quote. They are friendly and helpful on the phone and all your info is easily accessible on your online portal. One-Call Insurance, Broker for ALLIANZ, HIGHWAY INS., and EQUITY RED STAR, Seems only interested in collecting premiums, very high premiums £over £1000 for my vehicle, after 15years no claim discount. Has no Customer Relations or Customer Support Department. Received my Annual Motor Vehicle Premium End of March 2020, but in spite of numerous requests has not responded, nor provided confirmation of cover. Does not appear to have Responsible Care, or any regard for its customers. Zahid Syed, London. OVERALL RATING; POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL, EVER. Reviewed on: 17th September 2020
