Great Company Great Cost!!!!!!!

Always a great response to any query and with the upmost of time. Never waited more than 5 mins to get my problems solved. As a negative the salesperson will always try and get you to spend a little more on various policies but will always politely stop when I let them know I'm fine. Quoted £250 MORE than rivals on a renewal notice.

Quoted £250 MORE than rivals on a renewal notice. Contacted them to make sure they DIDN'T auto-renew but received a message telling me they were going to auto-renew. Phoned them, they confirmed insurance would NOT auto renew but still receiving emails thanking me and telling me the renewal would be collected.
