Professional, friendly company

Have been with One Call for a few years now and whenever I have wanted to talk to an advisor they have always answered swiftly and professionally but with a friendly and caring attitude. Fortunately, I have not had reason to make a claim yet but feel very confident that if I needed to it would be dealt with in a prompt and fair way. Also, even with auto renew, their prices are very competitive, I would rather stay with a company that is fair to its loyal customers than to one that only rewards new applications. Confusion and conflicting information initially, however after replacement claims manager took over customer service was excellent throughout, he got all parties concerned working professionally as a team, would not hesitate to recommend.
