Helpful and good at communicating

They always keep me up to date about any changes or anything that might effect me, as well as when my policy is due for renewal. When I’ve spoken to anyone, they’ve always been very helpful and friendly. Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

Total scam insurance company

Terrible experience, one call should be renamed 20 calls, paid for premium home insurance and was passed from pillar to post in the hope I’d go away. I had storm damage and a leak very clear cut claim and they effectively refused to help me. I have been forced to undertake the repairs myself and go to a reputable insurance company, advice pay extra and get a reputable company because One Call are not. Reviewed on: 18th October 2019

Escape water claim
