Okay service but copy and paste responses. Bad form.

Went to do a change of address which went smoothly to begin with. Once the price was given I was unable to pay monthly due to the short amount of time left on the policy. I wasnt in a position financially to pay this in full so I asked for the cost of cancellation. JA1 never provided the cost, instead they used copy and paste responses which was frustrating and felt a little alienating. They then offered a reduced fee... Why not offer this first? But still did not give me the cost of cancellation. I appreciate the need for retension however it would have been nice and perhaps felt more personalised if I was provided the information I asked for. Having worked in the industry I fully appreciate the situation advisors are put in, especially when outcomes affect kpi's but please do not just partially ignore a request only to meet it with a copy and paste response, very bad practice.
