Christmas woe woe woe

My hot water tank exploded and caused untold damage two years ago on Boxing Day.. One Call Insurance took all details and within a few weeks I received a pay out to enable me to replace all damaged goods that 25 gallons of scolding hot water destroyed within minutes.
