Very friendly helpful advisors always available. A great choice of products at affordable prices for any budget. They don't goad you into buying and don't keep you hanging on the phone for hours. If they can't deal with your request there and then they will arrange a time to call you back and they stick to it. They do all the work so you don't have to. Helpful and good at communicating

Total scam insurance company

Terrible experience, one call should be renamed 20 calls, paid for premium home insurance and was passed from pillar to post in the hope I’d go away. I had storm damage and a leak very clear cut claim and they effectively refused to help me. I have been forced to undertake the repairs myself and go to a reputable insurance company, advice pay extra and get a reputable company because One Call are not. Reviewed on: 18th October 2019
