One Call has always managed to quote a lower price when I have called to renew my policy. They have been able to match or better quotes from other insurers with the minimum of fuss and in one phone call. staff are polite, friendly and knowledgable. Reviewed on: 7th October 2025

From the start one call insurance has always been upfront, they let you know when you're monthly payment is about to be taken from your bank account well in advance...you're given the option to stay with them when your insurance is due for renewal, and just recently we've moved from practically one of the British Isles to the other, and when we called and explained that we were moving, they did everything over the phone and not one hiccup did we have ..so I'd be very proud if one call insurance won the award for 2025...I am and hope to continue to be a very satisfied customer.
