very disappointing service

I had a burst pipe and was told that my insurance would not cover the damage to my cooker nor kitchen units, I was also told I had a £250 payment in my plan for a burst pipe which I tried to claim but was told as the pip was not visible I was not entitled to this, I have no idea what I am paying for but I will be cancelling once my policy expires Reviewed on: 13th October 2025

Initially have insurance on one property wanted contents insurance only on another property your chat responded very well but suggested I contact help line over the telephone that’s where it all went wrong the lady who spoke to me sounded like she was in a crèche rang off called me back from a Cornwall number then cut me off again gave upon the end not happy terrible service on land line disappointed.
