terrible in so many ways

Appalling manners/attitudes on the phone. Phone lines are the worst for either being closed during working hours or long queues. Chat service is off line more often than it's online. Expensive, inflexible with changes to policies, I called to discuss my car renewal quote and was told they wouldn't review the cost, take or it leave, was told I had to pay monthly when I said I want to pay annually... Ok, I'm going elsewhere, you clearly don't want my business so all motor and household policies will be moved away from this awful company. Reviewed on: 25th August 2020

Staying with onecall
