Easy to connect and no hard sell

Great value hands-off investing, but it's a little tricky to get started

At the time of opening an account, it was the passive investing Stocks & Shares ISA with the lowest fees and, historically, it has beaten the market handsomely. My only gripe is that it's tough to get started! I couldn't get the app to work on my device, and the signup process took many attempts. Still, the core value for me is the low fees and it does just that so once I was in, I was happy! Reviewed on: 23rd February 2021

Excellent service and web-based tools

Easy to understand platform but little performance data

Easy to make payments and to see your account and the make up of your portfolio. There is no performance graphs available on a daily basis, just in the quarterly performance report Reviewed on: 23rd February 2021

Easy to use and very good value

OpenMoney was in the best-buy tables on the MSE page so I took a look. It's easy to use, everything is made clear - and if you are wanting a no-frills inexpensive investment ISA option this may well be for you. I've only had this a short time so it's too early to tell how well my investment will grow, but it looks as if it should do pretty well. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2021

Very easy to set up and quick to respond to queries

Would highly recommend this app. I wanted to open a stocks and shares ISA however didn't have a lot of knowledge about them. The open money website was very informative and the app has also been really handy. I had a few queries and one of the advisors was able to give me advice in a few minutes. I would highly recommend.
