good interest rates

AN Excellent Service all round

From the moment I opened my savings account I have had nothing but excellent service. I needed to query what evidence of identity was acceptable and phoned and was met by courtesy and professionalism. I have no hesitation in recommending this building society to others and have in fact already done so to a close friend. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

Opening 2yr Saving Bond

I've had a few problems but your staff have been very helpful. Unusually, as a new personal customer I wished to open a 2 year savings bond but this was complicated by the fact that I was also the nominated person for Charity Trustee account. My online application for a personal saving bond repeatedly failed and I only could discover the reason for this when I contacted your staff.
