Opening 2yr Saving Bond

I've had a few problems but your staff have been very helpful. Unusually, as a new personal customer I wished to open a 2 year savings bond but this was complicated by the fact that I was also the nominated person for Charity Trustee account. My online application for a personal saving bond repeatedly failed and I only could discover the reason for this when I contacted your staff. I found your online on-line log off after 120 seconds inconveniently short – have you considered extending this to say 5-minutes as typically used by banks? Lastly it seems I have to use same email address for both personal account and charity account - far from satisfactory.
