I had an appointment at 2:30 and I got there at 2:30 and it’s no waiting straight in. We discussed my ISA account and I added a few pounds to it so I was very pleased with the product as well so first class the staff were friendly as usual always are and that’s the main thing you’re it is very good. Account closure with Dudley BS.

I kept a low value savings account with Dudley BS for a number of years. However after Stourbridge Branch closed, travel to another town to have my interest added would cost more than the amount added. Therefore I recently closed the account starting with a phone request to supply necessary forms. The prepaid envelope mentioned in the closure letter was not forthcoming so as I was in another business nearby I called at the Waterfront Office. At first it looked doubtful if this would take place but a very efficient second person came to help and within 2 days I received the closing balance into my nominated account and updated passbook.
