Chase's app and services are a dream to use, and their customer rewards are second to none. I have very much enjoyed using their current account, their app, and their other products including savings

My suitability for OpenMoney's services was perhaps lower than it might have been - as an ISA customer, all I was really interested in was monitoring and contributing to my savings. I finally took advantage of the financial advice service, and was underwhelmed by the offering. For my purposes, neither the adviser nor I could see any concrete value from the conversation. The opportunities around house purchasing were interesting, but beyond that, for day-to-day ISA and savings, it's hard to justify the higher fees when the advice is equivalent to readily available online content.

Nutmeg offer such an expansive and robust ISA experience. The app is fully featured, with all the context and data I could want from the ISA, and the notifications and related communications are all helpful and interesting. Opening and managing the account was seamless, and I'm definitely keen to make even greater use of their other services going forwards

InvestEngine are clearly trying to disrupt the industry. But they are doing so without compromising on customer experience- in fact, it seems to central to their strategy. Their customer service team is the most engaged, responsive and informative I’ve ever communicated with in this sector, and they’ve promptly allayed and resolved my issues and concerns during an ISA transfer. The fact that they have achieved all of this while offering the lowest management fees in the market is truly impressive.
