Poor communication

The staff in the Liverpool branch are amazing. Even through Covid lockdown they were always available to help with any queries I had. The issue I have is Partners Credit union poor communication about increase in annual charges. We get numerous notifications as a customer when being asked to vote for them but no communication at all when charges are increased. Charges were deducted from savings with out first informing customers. The staff are aware of this also and have been asking customers to complain by email, I wonder how many customers have even noticed deductions have increased and have already been taken. Hassle free, and lovely helpful people

Excellent Friendly Service!

I have been saving for years with Partners, and the few times I have taken loans out for various reasons, every person I have spoken to or emailed has been so friendly and helpful, guiding through the process to make me feel at ease and secure with what I am doing making it feel very personal.
