Poor communication

The staff in the Liverpool branch are amazing. Even through Covid lockdown they were always available to help with any queries I had. The issue I have is Partners Credit union poor communication about increase in annual charges. We get numerous notifications as a customer when being asked to vote for them but no communication at all when charges are increased. Charges were deducted from savings with out first informing customers. The staff are aware of this also and have been asking customers to complain by email, I wonder how many customers have even noticed deductions have increased and have already been taken.
