Excellent Friendly Service!

I have been saving for years with Partners, and the few times I have taken loans out for various reasons, every person I have spoken to or emailed has been so friendly and helpful, guiding through the process to make me feel at ease and secure with what I am doing making it feel very personal. Applied loan

I applied for loan last month the member of staff babs malley went above and beyond her Customer service was amazing nothing was to much trouble for her and she made my loan very easy to get I’ve had loans before with credit union but this lady customer service was outstanding Reviewed on: 9th August 2022

No fuss loans

It's hard enough to ask for a loan but PCU are so helpful it makes it easier to ask. Plus if I pay a little extra each month it goes towards my savings and it soon mounts up. To me it is a lifeline at a reasonable cost. Many thanks PCU. Reviewed on: 8th August 2022
