Fantastic customer service

I applied for loan online , I was unsure of the process. Within 1 hour customer service had contacted to help guide me through the application form .my loan was then paid into my account with out any problems. The customer service is second to none the staff are all so friendly and approachable, also very informative about the different products they offer. I would highly recommend Partners Credit union . I have been a member now for at least 25 years and from the very start this branch have been amazing .from start to finish , they have made getting a loan so easy ,they explain in full what I would need even go though the form with u if needed,....the over all service u get from the staff is excellent ...so thank you all again for your help over the years and May it continue Reviewed on: 24th June 2023

The help I have had from them over the years.

For over 28yrs, parents credit union has been there for me and my family, I raised my three children under them through schools and universities, they are very good with their customers very polite on phone or face to face, they will also help you to get what u want or gives u and other alternative methods, but u results will be positive. Dependable

I would like to say that Partners credit union are one of the only services that is left to support and help people in their local communities. I ca honestly say I would be lost without this service. I work full time and still struggle paying bills etc. With the help from PCU I have been able to apply for an affordable loan, with low interest and spread the cost to pay back.
