Excellent service.

As a member of the credit union I have access to loans. I applied and received a car loan. I took this out over 3 years. Going on other type of Carr finance I looked at, I saved a significant amount on the interest rate. I would and have highly recommend Partners Credit Union to my family, friends and colleagues. I have also had loans that have helped me at Christmas, one or two for holidays. I only wish I had known about and understood about credit unions earlier in my life. Friendly helpful

Helped Me More Than Once!

Partners Credit Union have helped me on 2 occaisons, when no one else would listen and help me. Partners helped me get back on top of my finances and they have helped me keep my car which I really need due to disbility when no one else would so thank you! Reviewed on: 14th June 2023

PCU are brilliant!

I have been a member of Partners Credit Union Liverpool for many years. I was one of the first to join! In the intervening approximately 33 years,I had access to loans regularly,smoothly,and rapidly. These loans often saved the day for me! I always found the staff to be friendly whenever I requested a loan,and I was never turned down. Sometimes I woukd take out a new loan before the previous one was paid off,and I was always impressed with the efficiency of the staff who sorted this out for me. Since turning 70 I have no longer been able to take out a loan for insurance reasons,but I have continued to save with PCU,in order to hopefully help those who,like I did,needed this facility to turn to . I know how much it means to get that assistance when required, that safety net. I know that when I pass,there will be a little nest egg for the family. I have nothing but praise and thanks for the staff at PCU,they do a wonderful job,and I trust them totally. ,X Reviewed on: 12th June 2023

Peer reviewed loan process

I have been a member of Partners Credit Union for over 9 years. During this time I have applied for and been approved for numerous loans and also have savings accounts for my children. The collaborative approach of the staff and their willingness to help everyone who is a member is truly inspiring. I can apply for a loan and speak to someone who will make a decision based on my relationship with the credit union not on an algorithm that will not allow for any explanation of my circumstances but based solely on my credit score. The staff will listen to you and base their assessment on you and not on what will be generated by a servers scoring system. Throughout the term of my membership I have received numerous loans that have facilitated family holidays, Christmas expenses and sometimes the paying down of more expensive debt. I hold Partners Credit Union and their staff in the highest regard and have nothing but the utmost respect for an organisation that promotes fairness at the forefront of its lending criteria. I will always be a member of this credit union and have actively encouraged other family members and friends to join such an ethical and community based service that serves its members as well as being run by them.
