PCU are brilliant!

I have been a member of Partners Credit Union Liverpool for many years. I was one of the first to join! In the intervening approximately 33 years,I had access to loans regularly,smoothly,and rapidly. These loans often saved the day for me! I always found the staff to be friendly whenever I requested a loan,and I was never turned down. Sometimes I woukd take out a new loan before the previous one was paid off,and I was always impressed with the efficiency of the staff who sorted this out for me. Since turning 70 I have no longer been able to take out a loan for insurance reasons,but I have continued to save with PCU,in order to hopefully help those who,like I did,needed this facility to turn to . I know how much it means to get that assistance when required, that safety net. I know that when I pass,there will be a little nest egg for the family. I have nothing but praise and thanks for the staff at PCU,they do a wonderful job,and I trust them totally. ,X Reviewed on: 12th June 2023

Loyal long term PCU user

I’ve been a PCU member right from the start. I was the 50 th person to sign up,many years ago now. Ive had incredible service from PCU over the years. Loans delivered speedily and pleasantly,which have helped me out on numerous occasions,too many to mention. I’m now too old to be eligible for loans,but I continue to save each month as I still place great trust in PCU and have loyalty and affection for them. I know that my savings help others take out loans when times get tough and money is tight,just as I did,but I can easily access it should the need arise. PCU has been a reliable light in my life, and I applaud and thank them for the extraordinary work they do for ordinary people. They have never let me down in times of need. So much help and support over the years!XX

Been a member of PCU from the very early days. Back then was earning quite a good salary but even so,was very glad of the chance to borrow cash when I needed a little extra. In time I lost my salary through illness, and PCU were still there to help me. Always friendly and cheerful, and I was always impressed how very capable they are at doing the necessary maths work!These days,retired and over 70,I can no longer borrow,but I’m happy to keep saving always,as it’s nice to still be part of PCU!
