Six year wasted

I started getting loans with this company 6years ago, fell into more debt and it's really taken it out of me. When they are wanting to give you money that's all good but when you can't afford the monthly payment then these people are vile..now after all these years and trying to claim my interest back they are still making my life hell, still waiting no sign of my refund, no email from them, nothing they still have that little bit of control over me. Aggressive tactics

I put in an affordability complaint which Payday UK rejected, FOS upheld and the day after Payday UK received the FOS decision they decided to write to me to tell me they were putting a default against me. I phoned and complained and then they paid me what the FOS said and stopped the default - They are such a cowboy company though - No apology for the trauma they put me through Reviewed on: 10th April 2017

Joke

they told me I was accepted over 3 times, spent nearly 3 collective hours on the phone to this useless company, only to get denied because my expenditure on my bank statement was £4 ...that's right... £4!!!!! over what I told them it was. Absolute joke of a company, don't affect your credit rating applying to this rip-off company - there are much cheaper options! Thanks WageDayAdvance! Really bad

They charge you before you get the money then charge you on top at the end. E.g. lend 100 get 80 and charged 130. Really bad service and place to lend from. Reviewed on: 10th June 2016
