Six year wasted

I started getting loans with this company 6years ago, fell into more debt and it's really taken it out of me. When they are wanting to give you money that's all good but when you can't afford the monthly payment then these people are vile..now after all these years and trying to claim my interest back they are still making my life hell, still waiting no sign of my refund, no email from them, nothing they still have that little bit of control over me.
