Fast and efficient

The whole process of claiming was simple, fast and efficient. Claim handler gave me his direct number and I always managed to get through with ease. A pleasure to deal with, will definitely renew with Photoguard. Reviewed on: 28th December 2017

Worth it every penny

In my last trip got my camera and lenses stolen. Made a claim and sent all the paperwork the insurance requested. After a couple of days they contacted me telling me my claim had been approved. In less than a week have a new camera and new lenses ordered. Just waiting for them to arrive. Highly recommended! Reviewed on: 26th July 2017

Couldn't ask for more.

I set up insurance for my drone and camera gear, unfortunately my drone was damaged and after calling Photoguard they talked me through the process, i did what they wanted and within an hour of them getting the final piece of information the claim was agreed and settled. No hassles, what I found was if you present the information they need in a clear concise manner they don't hang about and make you wait for weeks they just get on with the job.
