Rubbish Service

Loaded money onto my card, but balance is less with no explanation. No response to email and no answer on phone after holding on for 20 minutes. AVOID THIS COMPANY Reviewed on: 14th March 2016

No hidden charges; Pockit does what it promises

I found an offer of free £5 credit to sign up online. I needed some kind of credit card/emergency reserve so it seemed like a good idea. I am so glad I did sign up for it. Nowhere has refused it and the website is easy to navigate. Topping up is quick and easy too. I could do it via pay point (although that would incur a fee) but it's free to do online. There's no minimum or maximum amount per month and no fees. and I've never had to query my account. I can only spend what I have; I can't overdraw (which is good). I even get cashback at some of my favourite stores, including M&S. I've had this card for nearly a year now and I use it far more than I expected to; it feels like a trusted friend Reviewed on: 7th February 2016

What a Croc!

what company, embarrasses you by declining a transaction while requesting for proof of address and ID 12 MONTHS after you have been using them??? Customer services asked for a ridiculous amount of security then told me they would not discuss it I had to wait up to 48 hours for an email. all staff sound foreign and obviously do not give a crap about service. Fuming, humiliated and now an ex customer!!!! and they still owe me £70+ Reviewed on: 29th January 2016

Plain bad

What a surprise to see other Pockit reviews like these...not! They have been shocking from start to finish - and I have finished with them now. My card is probably at the bottom of some landfill right now where it belongs. Impossible to get hold of them on the phone, and if by chance you happen to get through to them the customer service is bad beyond belief. Reviewed on: 27th October 2015

Please avoid

Words can't really explain how inept these guys are. Just don't try to call them - not worth trying. Reviewed on: 1st October 2015

Shocking

Everything looks swish on the outside...nice website...simple card...but the customer service these lot provide is really rubbish. I can't believe I got drawn into this con. My only advice is avoid Pockit. Reviewed on: 4th September 2015

Slow responses

I'm not happy with the service I've received. Feel a bit conned to be honest - even though it only cost me 99p which probably says a lot. Not sure how they make any money to be honest - must be better options out there. *Update - actually quite annoyed I have to give them 1 star....0 from me* Reviewed on: 2nd August 2015

Very very very poor

I had my card cloned , i have sent 36 emails and made 9 phone call no one knows what they are doing. Customer service team give me the same answer no matter what i do or say, we are looking in to this , we will be in touch. I sent a email to them on Thursday no answer. I was told i would be called on Thursday at 5pm but they called me at 15.30 knowing i was in work. They have emailed me for my id and the dispute forms i have now sent these twice. Pockit emailed me back asking for my id again and gave me dates of transactions that i have not even mentioned and asked me to fill in dispute forms for them, i sent my original dispute forms AGAIN. They advised me they have tried to call me but on a mobile number that is not mine even though they have left voicemail's before this on the correct number. The service is the worst, all i want is my money back from when my card was cloned, i use this account to save my money which is what i was doing for my holiday next week now it is gone and they don't care. I have had a new card sent out and my online account was unlocked for two days but is now locked again and they will not tell me why. I just want my money back, i have advised i will go to the financial ombudsman if this is not sorted they are not bothered i have put a formal complaint in they have not answered TOTALLY HORRENDOUS. Im currently on hold waiting to talk to them for 13 minutes now So got off the call just now and i am more in shock, asked when i sent my dispute form and id was sent in by the end of the call i was asked this five times advised all he can see is my name, address and customer number he has no details, cannot tell me why my online account is blocked just kept saying i will get a update , head office don't work Saturday or Sunday. got told i don't under stand him asked for a manager got put on hold, ashraf is the floor walker on today he is not interested in anything you have to say , he could not give me no answers to my question. He kept repeating he will call me on Monday he will call me on Monday head office apparently closes at 6pm , I asked him what part of the phone call he found acceptable he said yes acceptable. I told him the service is outrageous and that i was reporting this to the financial ombudsman he said yes that's fine. At the end of the call he said very sarcastically and rudely you have a lovely time. Rude and very uncaring. Reviewed on: 25th July 2015

Good but could offer more retailers

I was attracted to Pockit largely because of the cashback you can get from shops but would be so much better if they covered more shops. Like even 3% back from Tescos would be huge Reviewed on: 20th July 2015
