I run a community choir and finding appropriate insurance was a bit of a minefield. Protectivity made this simple and we’re on hand to help me find the right insurance for my group. Running a dog day care centre I struggled to find business insurance with many competitors not knowing their own product limitations until I had wasted 30mins on the phone. A Very Helpful Company

I needed public liability cover for my small veterans golf club. Having been an underwriter & broker for 40 years I had a good knowledge of the market. I approached quite a number of insurers & brokers on the internet with very mixed responses. However Protectivity where exceptional in their help. They responded immediately to each of my emails & phone calls & each of their staff I spoke to were polite, helpful & knowledgeable. When I provided the details for several quotations their quotes were quick & gave me full details of the policy wording which I found very helpful & when I accepted one of the quotes their system for proceeding with the cover & processing the premium were both quick & well organized.
