They are not contactable and our bank have warned that they are not taking any more business. We have a few policies with them and getting close to running out of time to claim but they refuse to engage. Very poor service Reviewed on: 4th March 2024

Update on my previous Nimbla review

I have come back to update this negative review ( Tittled avoid like the plague )as it wouldn't allow me to edit the original review. To be fair to Nimbla, they have subsequently contacted us within 2 hours of this posting to apologize and promised to settle the credit insurance claim within 24 hrs. So not an ideal first experience of placing a claim but we got there in the end. All in all a satisfactory outcome. And just to note that we will continue to use their services. NIMBLA - A disruption in Trade Credit Insurance Industry!!

I'm a credit insurance underwriter in india and i know how much difficult here for us to give credit limits to buyers and it takes minimum 5 days TAT and most of the times we don't even give limits small buyers.. BUT NIMBLA disrupted the industry with invoice insurance and giving quick limits to small buyers in minutes.
