I have come back to update this negative review ( Tittled avoid like the plague )as it wouldn't allow me to edit the original review. To be fair to Nimbla, they have subsequently contacted us within 2 hours of this posting to apologize and promised to settle the credit insurance claim within 24 hrs. So not an ideal first experience of placing a claim but we got there in the end. All in all a satisfactory outcome. And just to note that we will continue to use their services.
