Impossible to get money back

I have found it impossible to get my money back. We are 12 weeks in, and no closer to them being able to provide me money from my bond. They do not reply, they contradict themselves, they make up reasons not to return money and their systems for uploading documents don't work. I have had to chase at every turn, jump through hoops that are not needed and now we are back at the beginning. We are about to raise a FOS complaint. Reviewed on: 20th April 2026

NO COMMUNICATION

they decide to devalue my bonds no advice to me or my ifa over night lost £10,000 i have complained with no resionse also for 4 months after requesting change in monthly withdraw they have done nothing . Reviewed on: 10th January 2024

Not happy with it.

I have had a bond for about 10 years and pru now wants to change it’s terms and make it less of a value than it was on the ground that it is not making as much money as it was because of poor performance in the markets. My bond was good for life but now is limited to reaching 83 unless I pay more money. I think the markets have done fairly well over the last ten years. What happens if the markets perform really well over the next ten years will pru change the bond back to what it was when it started I.e if I invest money now would I get it back. They are good with my money

I have invested with the prudential since I was 25 years old, so I have trusted my money with them for over 60 years. They ahve always given me a positive return on my investment. Reviewed on: 28th January 2020
