Raisin customer service is appalling.

Raisin customer service is appalling. I recommended my partner and, due to bereavement, she missed an email from Raisin. As a result they blocked her from her account. Trying to get any help from outside of their secure message system, only available from within the account, exposed an appalling customer service system. Reviewed on: 26th January 2025

Good experience, would recommend.

I found Raisin when looking for investment opportunities. I started out with a short term bond to check the process and see how it all work. I had a good experience and ended up opening a longer term bond account and an easy access account. The service so far has been great and I use the app and main website to check on the progress of the accounts and new savings deals.The only drawback for me, is that the minimum deposit is £1000, which is fine, if you have it to spare. My experience with Raisin customer service personnel has always been great. Any issues or problems have always been dealt with in one phone call. and i have had my situations resolved quickly.
