Great customer service and product

It was easy to apply for a loan and Ratesetter set out clearly what the payments would be and when they would be due meaning I could ensure they were within my means. Once accepted, the money was transferred to my account quickly. I’ve only needed to speak to their customer services once, I got through quickly on the phone and the customer services was helpful and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020

Unsatisfied customer

Not a very good company to deal with , I took out a loan , payed every payment on time looked for a top up after 2 years and totally got refused , with ratesetter telling me they don’t have to give an explanation, So I would not be voting for this company to win , that’s just my opinion. Excellent and easy to use on the website.

Never had a problem in the six years I’ve had loans with this company. Very easy to use website, to check up on your loans, how much left to pay, to make an extra payment down to being able to change your monthly repayment date. I rang them once and found it easy to talk to someone with having to wait or be kept on hold for a period of time. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023
