I have always experienced great service from RBI.

I have always experienced great service from RBI. The interest rate on my savings is better than other banks. Whenever I have withdrawn or deposited funds the process has been straightforward and smooth. I also like the way that RBI keeps me uptodate with information and changes. Reviewed on: 10th April 2025

When I've forgotten my log in details I've been able to speak to someone straight away, they're always friendly and polite. They keep you informed of changes to the interest rate without flooding your inbox and the app is very easy to use Reviewed on: 10th April 2025
