A DECENT digital bank!

Website is clean and neat, easy to navigate even for elderly. Current account is savings account at the same time. It generates interest with no minimum balance requirement. For fixed deposit, interest rates are very competitive. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026

Reliable fixed term deposit with easy setup

I opened a Fixed Term Deposit with iFAST Global Bank because the interest rates are competitive compared to many traditional banks, and the product information is clear and easy to understand. The online application and onboarding process were straightforward, and I was able to complete everything digitally without any issues. The app and online banking are simple to use, and I can easily see my deposit amount, term and maturity date at any time. Customer service has been responsive and polite when I had questions, which gives me confidence in the bank. The only downside for me is that the account is quite basic, with limited card or everyday payment options linked to the deposit, but overall I am satisfied with the return and feel comfortable recommending it to others.
