A great bank

An excellent bank who keep you well informed about your account and any changes to rates etc. Easy to access account online. Interest rates could be better but it’s the same with all banks. Simple and straightforward to use, reassuringly safe and secure, good rates, and best of all, if you need to speak to a real person they are only a phonecall away and genuinely very knowledgeable, helpful, and most supportive.
