Great Products Great Service.

Have had various RCI accounts for a number of years. The freedom account is very competitive & funds are promptly transfered to my linked current account via the App. RCI accounts are easy to set up initially & easy to access via the App. Currently I have 3 accounts, 2 fixed rate savings accounts & a freedom account. Regular communication is received via email keeping me up to date with interest rate changes etc. I have also set up an RCI fixed savings account for my mum! I have been with RCI Bank for a number of years now; I believe they offer great value for money and notice that when interest rates change they are among the first to increase them and among the last to decrease them, this is very important to me as a saver. They're online app is easy to set up and user friendly as is their online banking page. I would highly recommend RCI Bank to anyone who wants a hassle free experience when it comes to money. Very easy to set up account.

Very easy to set up account. It’s fairly easy to use the account once logged in. It’s a bit archaic if you have to amend the account into which your withdrawals are made- we had to use the post! Otherwise all good. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
