I think RCI Bank do things the right way.

I think RCI Bank do things the right way. They change interest rates equally whether up or down. I like their website with regards to security and ease of use. Communication is excellent, so you are always aware of what is going on. Reviewed on: 14th April 2026

I appreciate the seemingly effective security protoc...

I appreciate the seemingly effective security protocols used when logging on. Not too much but an acceptable amount. I also like how quickly they lift and raise interest rates, both ways with no dodgy delays. Always competitive too. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

I think the site is very secure and easy to use.

I think the site is very secure and easy to use. I like the way that the Bank is very proactive when altering interest rates, both up and down, they also keep you informed beforehand. They also seem to remain competitive with their rates. Reviewed on: 13th April 2025

I have been with RCI for a good few years.

I have been with RCI for a good few years. I like the fact that they are fair when it comes to interest rate changes, up or down with equal speed. The web site is easy to use and has attractive security which I think is important . Reviewed on: 15th March 2025
