Good customer service

A lady I spoke to to transfer my remaining funds very kindly pointed out that if I left as little as 50pence in my account it would remain open for any future payments. Reviewed on: 5th March 2022

Never a problem

I have never had a problem with RCI bank. They always keep me informed about everything. I will be pleased when the interest rates go up but i do understand why this is not possible yet. Reviewed on: 5th March 2022
