Revolut for the Savvy traveller

I have used Revolut almost since they started out. Using their services has literally saved me thousands of pounds in currency fees. I moved the proceeds of my house sale in the ROI to the UK and saved several thousand pounds compared to the offering of the mainstream banks. I am also Longhaul aircrew so spend most of my life traveling so it makes my life so much easier with the great exchange rates. My life line when abroad.

My life line abroad. I have used both metal and premium accounts. They are fantastic for people who travel a lot and have some of the cheapest fees. I love their quirks and apps they provide, apps like sleep cycle, picsart, savings accounts in different currencies and no fee ATM withdrawals, cheap airport lounge passes, travel insurance, as well as well priced remittances and trading feature and so many more. Easy to use app. Customer service is quick to respond and helpful. I have had some issues with CS in the past but I feel like they have improved siginificantly. Reviewed on: 19th March 2025
