A bank and staff making me feel at ease

The online staff are very friendly courteous and helpful to me and make me feel at ease. They are also very quick to come back to me. I really like the fact that I have all in one place eg cash, crypto, loans, vaults etc. and all at the touch of a button. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025

I really like it, there's just one problem, the fees.

I really like it, there's just one problem, the fees for buying and selling bitcoin, which are discounted from the value of the crypto and the fee is too much, almost 4%, for buying and selling. Reviewed on: 13th January 2025
