Revolut bank asked me to give a review and feedback about my experience with them.Ask : draft a feedback with my insight below :Very satisfied about user interface and how the app and features has evolved. Very satisfied with the services offered (points system, partnerships with some services with metal plan). The possibility to invest (stocks,bonds, commodities...) is also a very good features. So far I am delighted with my experience (I forgot to mention support online that's very good)and how revolut improved themselves. Things they can improve : deep insight for and better on the invest section. As a user of their metal plan we should have more help and support to better invest and analyze. Global appreciation : 5 stars Subject: 5 Years a Revolut User - Delighted! (5 Stars) I've been a Revolut customer for 5 years now, and I'm consistently impressed with how the app and its features have evolved. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. I especially appreciate the services offered, like the points system and partnerships associated with the Metal plan. The ability to invest in stocks, bonds, and commodities directly within the app is a fantastic feature that adds significant value. And I can't forget to mention the excellent online support – always helpful and responsive! Overall, I'm delighted with my Revolut experience and how the company continues to improve. Here's one suggestion for improvement: It would be great to see more in-depth insights and analytics within the investment section. As a Metal plan user, I feel having access to more advanced tools and support for investment analysis would be incredibly beneficial.
