I am a new customer to Revolut.

I am a new customer to Revolut. I have found the service to be impeccable and can’t recommend it enough. The reminders of upcoming bills and direct debits are helpful to ensure I never miss a payment and being reminded after each purchase of my overall balance helps keep track of my spending. Its quick and easy to use.

Customer service is very good.

Customer service is very good. In a couple of cases when I had issues, the response was quick and helpful. The operators were client-oriented and friendly. I often receive interesting offers. The only minor problem is transferring money from Revolut to, in my case, NatWest. Not only does Revolut charge a fee but the the transaction might take up to 30 minutes.
