Revolut is an e-money institution which means you can take out an everyday account to manage your money in a range of ways.

You can send, spend, receive and hold a range of currencies. Customers get a physical debit card for everyday spending, a virtual card and a single-use virtual card that resets its details each time you use it.

Best account hands down

Revolut has by far been the best place I’ve put my money. I find the ease of use and functionality pleasing, and I enjoy using the app. I can completely control my spending, and have pockets to seperate my funds making it easy to manage my money. Every time I’ve spoken to someone on the chat, they have been prompt and helpful, not to mention kind and thorough with making sure my issue has not been left unresolved in the slightest! Another huge plus for me, is the ease of use abroad- which I always rave about to friends, and have actually convinced many of my friends to open a revolut account. I can use my card in all the countries I’ve been to, including Thailand! They easily convert the funds for me and I just pay in the local currency, and tap my card like I’m in the UK! I have never once been hit with any random fees or usage fee for using my card abroad- I can use it from on the plane and at my destination with no trouble at all!! Decent offerings

The support is quite good and I'm really in it for the partnerships that they offer with the plans tbh. The services are good and more than recoup the cost that I'd pay otherwise. I do appreciate the card design for sure and the app UI/UX is the thing that seals the deal for me. Reviewed on: 15th March 2025
