Ease of use

It is simply the most versatile bank account I’ve ever used. I can simply switch between UK £ to Euros to Zloty with minimal fuss and minimal charges if any. I can split bills with friends .... the list seems endless. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020

Almost everything a bank should be

Great for international travel and people with family abroad. Pretty much the best exchange rates. Honestly, if cash was obsolete this would be absolutely perfect. However I do miss an option to deposit cash into the account. Because other banks absolutely rip off the customer when it comes to foreign currency. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020

Bad customer service

I was asked to submit documents to prove source of funds and despite doing so my account was suspended for weeks on weeks without anyone taking notice or responding to my continuous messages. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020
