Will take your money but not cover you

For 4 years I paid monthly for cover, but when the appliance did breakdown, they asked for receipts that couldnt be an email - very difficult when the product was bought online!! and proof of address. I dont get bills or statements anymore - everything is online!! If this sort of thing is asked for at the time of taking out cover then I would have been better placed to provide but as the purchase was nearly 5 years old, they wouldnt accept the only proof of purchase I had which was an email. never again. Good first impressions

Doing the dull job of finding insurance today for my kitchen appliances. Row made the job pretty easy and slightly less dull. The website was easy to use and the process was quick. Plus the price isn't too bad either. If there was a way to pre populate the product numbers, I would have been even happier. No confirmation of policy details

Early days, admittedly, but having just signed up for emergency home cover, I have not received any policy details, no start date for the policy, and no reassurance that I am covered. After submitting my payment details I would expect an instant confirmation of my cover details, instead of simply a policy number. Reviewed on: 6th February 2018

Money worth

Taking out cover online was really simple and straight forward. Literally took me 2-3 minutes to finalise cover for my appliance. Cheapest cover i have found second year running. Reviewed on: 28th January 2018

Stay well clear or Row insurance!!!

Very difficult to get them to process a claim, they tried everything they could not to accept it. After weeks with a broke washing machine they finally accepted it but charged me £95 to send a engineer to try and repair a £169 washing machine. Constantly having to ring them as the customer service team were terrible when it comes to replying to emails that contained information that they requested. 2 years we have been paying our insurance , they even doubled the monthly payments without any notice or consent. DREADFUL COMPANY WITH DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I only gave them one star as you can't give them a minus rating. What a waste of money this has been. My advice is look elsewhere or don't bother insuring if row is the only option. This is a genuine review and I am happy to give any info to prove that I have a claim going through with them now so please don't remove this like row have been doing as people have the right to know how poor that company is.
