No confirmation of policy details

Early days, admittedly, but having just signed up for emergency home cover, I have not received any policy details, no start date for the policy, and no reassurance that I am covered. After submitting my payment details I would expect an instant confirmation of my cover details, instead of simply a policy number. Reviewed on: 6th February 2018
