Stay well clear or Row insurance!!!

Very difficult to get them to process a claim, they tried everything they could not to accept it. After weeks with a broke washing machine they finally accepted it but charged me £95 to send a engineer to try and repair a £169 washing machine. Constantly having to ring them as the customer service team were terrible when it comes to replying to emails that contained information that they requested. 2 years we have been paying our insurance , they even doubled the monthly payments without any notice or consent. DREADFUL COMPANY WITH DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I only gave them one star as you can't give them a minus rating. What a waste of money this has been. My advice is look elsewhere or don't bother insuring if row is the only option. This is a genuine review and I am happy to give any info to prove that I have a claim going through with them now so please don't remove this like row have been doing as people have the right to know how poor that company is.
