The service is amazing . The staff are excellent and each time I have asked for help I have received excellent customer service/ information and they are swift in replying to any query

I have been with the company for a number of years and I am very happy with the service I have received. Previously I experienced a period of difficulties and after contacting them I was surprised how quickly I was able to secure a loan. Currently with covid19 I was able to use some of the money I had in my account to help me during this hard time. I have also recommended my colleagues/friends and family. My daughter who has an account is now going off to university this September 2020 and will be able to use the funds she has and is delighted to continue to make regular payments to her account. Helping a spendthrift save

One of the best schemes ever !

Serve & Protect Credit Union is an easy to use, savings scheme which is user friendly. The staff are approachable and friendly and nothing is ever to much trouble. I would highly recommend it to my colleagues and friends, for all the reasons described above plus the competitive savings rates it offers. Reviewed on: 26th June 2020
